"Cheap" Brushes: Walmart vs. Target
Winner? Walmart. Hands down.
I have experienced very little shedding from my Walmart brushes (a kabuki and a large powder brush), but the Target blush brush I bought only a couple days ago is losing bristles left and right. They were all over my face. Ugh.
(I can't remember the names of the brands at each store. I'll update when I have that info.)
